Fiona Rose-Greenland is a political sociologist with research and teaching interests in state formation and nationalism, social theory, illicit markets and deviance, and organizational behavior.

She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Michigan and a DPhil in Classical Archaeology from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Chicago.
